Online Banking:

Checks you've written on your account are available to view in Online Banking for up to six months. 


To View your checks online after you're logged in:

1. Click on your 'Checking' or 'Money Market' account to view the transaction history

2. Scroll through the transaction history till you find the check you're looking for and click the arrow down to expand the view to see the check.


Check copy not available in Online Banking?

Send a Secure Email to the Credit Union by clicking on the '+ New Message' button at the top of the knowledge base page.


In the message please include (if known):

- Check Number

- Checking or Money Market account

- Date of check

- Amount


The Credit Union will reply within the secure email message with a copy of the check if available.


No Access to Online Banking?:


Call the Credit Union at 1-800-914-8619 and select option 4 to speak with a Member Service Representative to help you! 

Please have this information to help us locate the copy of the check

- Check Number

- Checking or Money Market account

- Date of check

- Amount



Interior Federal Credit Union will charge a check copy fee based on the fee schedule.
