If you receive an error code, follow these steps for support:
- Take a Screenshot: Capture the error message on your screen.
- Note the Details: Write down the error number/message along with the time and date you received the error.
- Contact Support: In order to submit the screenshot and/or written details, follow the steps below:
- Login to your Online Banking or Mobile App.
- Navigate to 'Support'.
- Select Secure Email.
- Open a 'New Message'.
- Enter the details and attach the screenshot.
- Hit Submit.
