If you receive an error code, follow these steps for support:

  1. Take a Screenshot: Capture the error message on your screen.
  2. Note the Details: Write down the error number/message along with the time and date you received the error.
  3. Contact Support: In order to submit the screenshot and/or written details, follow the steps below:
    1. Login to your Online Banking or Mobile App.
    2. Navigate to 'Support'.
    3. Select Secure Email.
    4. Open a 'New Message'.
    5. Enter the details and attach the screenshot.
    6. Hit Submit.
