To request a Balance Transfer onto your Credit Card:

Login to Online Banking
Navigate to 'Additional Services' then click on 'Visa Access'
On the new page, navigate to 'Account Services'
Click on 'Balance Transfer'

Once here, please enter in the necessary information for your balance transfer and then submit. A lending officer will review your request and process it for you.
