There are multiple ways you can make a payment to your loan with Interior FCU:

Online Banking Options

  1. Internal Transfer:

    • If you have the funds in your Interior FCU account, navigate to 'Transfer & Pay' then select 'Make a Transfer' to transfer to your loan.
  2. External Transfer:

    • To transfer funds electronically from an external account, navigate to 'Transfer & Pay' then 'External Transfer'. You can also access this in the mobile app by going to 'Transfer'.
  3. Mobile Deposit:

    • Take a check from an external account, make it payable to yourself, and do a mobile deposit using our mobile app. Once logged in, navigate to the bottom of the screen and select 'Mobile Deposit'. Be sure to write on the back of the check 'For Mobile Deposit Only at DOIFCU' with your signature.
  4. Debit Card Payment:

    • Navigate to 'Transfer & Pay' then select 'Loan Payment' to use a debit card to make a payment to your loan (a $10 fee applies).

Outside of Online Banking

  1. In-Person Payment:

    • Visit a shared branch using the shared branch locator or one of our branches to make payments to your loan in person.
  2. Mail Payment:

    1. Write a check from an external account, made payable to yourself, and mail it to the Credit Union indicating it's for your loan.

Automatic Payments

  1. Recurring Transfer:
    • Set a recurring transfer within your online banking from your Interior Federal account to your loan by navigating to 'Transfer & Pay' then select 'Schedule a Transfer'.
