Online Banking:

  • Log into Online Banking.
  • Navigate to 'Additional Services' and select 'Card Management'.
  • Here, you can Block your debit card, Report it as Lost/Stolen, and/or Order a Replacement.


Mobile Banking:

  • Log into the Mobile App
  • Navigate to the 'More' tab, then 'Card Hub', and select 'Card Management'.
  • Here, you can Block your debit card, Report it as Lost/Stolen, and/or Order a Replacement.
