Online Banking and Mobile App
You can update your personal information, such as email or address, within your online banking and mobile app.
Online Banking:
- Log in and navigate to 'My Info'.
- Complete the updates to instantly update your information.
Mobile App:
- Download the Mobile App
- Log in and navigate to 'More'.
- Go to 'My Info' to make the updates, which will be applied instantly.

- If you have additional questions or are unable to update your information with these options, please log into online banking and submit a request through Support. A Member Service Representative will be happy to assist you.
